Responsibilities
Supervising and managing all aspects of one or multiple projects.
Effectively communicating project expectations to team members.
Developing project budget, timelines, schedule of values, monthly billings, and ensuring adherence to project budget through completion.
Tracking project delays using spreadsheets or Microsoft Project.
Managing project budget to attain maximum profitability with the use of cost codes.
Routinely evaluating projects to manage operations and problem solve.
Monitoring projects and team members for safety compliance.
Facilitating project goals by acting as company liaison with general contractor and all subcontractors.
Cultivating positive business relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
Developing and maintaining working relationships with the purchasing and accounting departments for project needs and financial reporting.

Required
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field is preferred.
4+ years of Project Management Experience
Must possess a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
An ability to think ahead, plan and prepare action plans to achieve results.
An ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee relations.
The possession of quality orientation and attention to detail, problem analysis and resolution. In addition to, strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities.

Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred
