Responsibilities
Serves as a key member in determining and driving strategic programs and projects.
Collaborates with various departments to ensure successful completion of strategic objectives.
Manages a portfolio of projects, resource allocation, and prioritization.
Defines key performance indicators and success metrics for reporting.
Identifies, defines, and executes process improvement and innovation projects.
Prepares and delivers business reviews to senior leaders.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
Min 7 years of experience managing a portfolio of projects supporting product and service delivery for a midsize company.
Min 10 years’ experience in core project management disciplines including managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, communications, risk, and critical path management.
Min 7 years’ experience prioritizing and managing large scale projects using project management tools.
Min 7 years’ experience managing a team of project and program managers.
5 years’ experience leading business process optimization and process re-engineering programs.
Demonstrated advanced analytical skills.
Experience working in Jira.
Respectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivate colleagues to focus their energy on achieving business goals.
Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and tactical operational levels. Works to achieve goals while overcoming obstacles and/or planning for contingencies.
Strong analytical, planning, and budgeting skills. Ability to influence others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and travel (up to 5%); will include some overnight travel.
Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams)
Preferred
Min 5 years experience leading projects in Sales, Operations, and Marketing including experience with Salesforce, and Marketing Technology tools.
Masters’ Degree in business or related field is preferred.
Knowledge of change management methodologies.
Project, Program, and/or Portfolio Management certifications (e.g. PMP, PfMP, PgMP)
Experience in Healthcare or Telecommunications domains
Experience with supporting products in the accessibility space
