Responsibilities
Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with construction documents.
Monitor the delivery of needed materials for projects, ensuring timely deliveries and appropriate billing.
Review and track project invoices to ensure the appropriate billings and manage material needs.
Maintain job files to ensure continuity of workflow.
Review, distribute, and track RFI's.
Work within a fast-paced environment.
Be an independent self-starter who will be backed by a highly supportive culture and team atmosphere.
Be prepared to travel throughout the southeast. Travel is required for this position due to the nature of our work.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
1 to 3 years of experience in sitework construction projects: erosion control, excavation, or utility installation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
