Responsibilities

Securing enterprise assets within a specific domain and reducing losses by applying necessary security requirements.

Planning, implementing, and testing systems, and managing staff in a leadership role.

Participating in IT planning initiatives to ensure security measures are incorporated into strategic plans.

Analyzing and reviewing security events for anomalous activity, collaborating with peer groups, and safeguarding company information assets.

Working with resource owners to identify IT assets requiring security controls and defining appropriate security policies.

Assessing the effectiveness of security programs, conducting technical risk assessments, and leading a global team of engineers.

Analyzing/validating requirements, defining access rules, scripting changes, and providing troubleshooting support related to access issues.

Required

Strong technical background in cyber security

Ability to work with IT organization and stakeholders

Knowledge of security environments and security strategy integration

Knowledge of information security hardware/software

Understanding of compliance and governance initiatives

Experience in analyzing security events and identifying emerging threats

Experience in vulnerability assessment, threat analysis, and reporting

Proficiency in promoting security policies and implementing security programs

Extensive knowledge of Cloud-based security environments

Experience in managing a global team of engineers

Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills

Advanced problem-solving skills

Ability to lead teams in complex issue troubleshooting and solution finding
