Responsibilities
Guide and motivate cross-functional agile teams, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, SAFe, and more.
Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, manage scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables, and remove impediments to foster a high-performing team.
Promote continuous improvement through regular inspect and adapt cycles, encouraging collaboration and accountability.
Prepare and present progress reports, coordinate with other teams across the domain, and support the Product Manager.
Mentor the team to reach their highest potential, facilitating discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

Required
Experience: 3+ years as a Scrum Master in a large-scale enterprise and 3+ years in other agile roles (QA, Development, Product Owner, Agile Coach).
Agile Expertise: Proven knowledge and experience with agile methodologies, values, and procedures.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams, with excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
Technical Understanding: Ability to grasp high-level technical issues and communicate agile practices effectively.
Communication Skills: Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
Team Management: Ability to manage multiple agile teams, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
