Responsibilities

Manage internal partners, team members, and processes to ensure timelines are met and materials are captured for all compliance and legal audits.

Organize and store materials needed for audits on a safe and secure platform to allow access and hand-off to the appropriate parties. This also entails labeling of the materials for ease of identifying and retrieving.

Collect, assign, and hand-off marketing materials for both consumer-facing and internal audiences by working with internal teams. This entails setting up templates within the marketing software platform, establishing process flows by department and brand to ensure regulatory compliance is adhered to for consumer-facing materials.

Document Standard Operating Procedures for marketing and place through vendor risk platform.

Collaborate with others in the marketing department to create, review, and finalize SOPs for the workload of the marketing team.

Support the design team and marketing managers with presentations, campaigns, project management, and communications between internal teams.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, related field or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in marketing or project management

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Excellent ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of advertising mediums, product review and approvals, campaign management, understanding of omni-channel marketing, including email, direct mail, digital and calling strategies

Must be able to work in both a team environment and independently

Ability to perform effectively under tight timelines and fast-paced environment

Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems

Ability to break down complex information into a concise message for decision makers
