Responsibilities
Supporting Leadership and other business leaders in developing and prioritizing the roadmap for internal initiatives
Serving as the central point of contact overseeing all project phases
Leading a group of task-oriented and technical resources to plan, initiate, and manage IT projects
Leveraging automation to maximize cost efficiencies and collaboration
Developing, managing, and adjusting project plans based on scope, timeline, and cost implications
Monitoring and managing project resources, scope, timeline, and budget
Communicating effectively with all project stakeholders
Escalating critical issues and risks and providing recommendations
Assisting other departments in change management once projects become operational
Following processes and utilizing project management tools
Collaborating with other project managers and stakeholders to identify project requirements
Mentoring others on project management practices and providing guidance
Working on ad hoc projects and assisting in other corporate initiatives

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
3+ years’ project management experience required
Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance of at least a public trust
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, CRM technologies, and other collaboration tools
Skilled in conceptualizing problems and solutions, identifying key impacts, and experience converting concepts into actions in a compelling way for clients and actionable by the team
Strong attention to detail and managing multiple priorities while meeting customer service and employee commitments and project timelines
Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization and diverse candidates, consultants, and client bases
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment and to alter approaches or methods to lead change, reacting well under pressure successfully
Preferred
Government experience
Clinical IT or Clinical Experience
Healthcare experience
PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and comparable project management certifications are highly desirable
Experience with large-scale enterprise system of systems integration and deployment
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
