Responsibilities
Design and develop Appian applications, including process models, interfaces, rules, and integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Architect and implement scalable and maintainable Appian solutions.
Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of the applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Appian applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features, best practices, and industry trends.
Document design specifications, deployment processes, and maintenance procedures.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Appian Developer with a focus on design and architecture.
Appian certifications (e.g., Appian Certified Associate Developer, Appian Certified Lead Developer) are highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Appian architecture and best practices for application development.
Proficiency in Appian process modeling, interface design, rules, and integrations.
Experience with Appian version control and deployment processes.
Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and relational databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud-based Appian deployments.
Knowledge of other BPM tools and technologies.
