Responsibilities
Leading our team of Business Development Representatives to quota achievement
Creating and developing processes and best practices to improve team performance
Providing coaching and development to sales reps with various levels of experience
Owning and managing the team’s pipeline and forecast through strategic decision-making to ensure success
Working collaboratively with teams across the business on sales initiatives and continuous improvement
Prospecting into the largest & most strategic accounts (15-25% of time)

Required
Willing and able to work a hybrid schedule, working from our Chicago office at least three times a week
1+ years of experience in sales management, specifically with outbound sales/business development representatives (SaaS experience preferred)
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team sales quotas
Experience creating processes and building structure
High initiative and demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for impact in a startup environment
