Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, analyze network needs, and propose solutions.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches, Ruckus Access Points, and Fortinet firewalls.
Monitor network performance, identify and resolve issues proactively.
Implement and manage network security measures like firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
Develop and maintain network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Stay updated with industry trends, recommend network improvements, and provide technical support to junior engineers.
Participate in security management, use diagnostic tools, suggest improvement processes, and attend webinars and conferences.

Required
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure

Procurement of network hardware and replacement devices
Track shipments and warranty service requests
Consistently and accurately use the ticketing and purchasing system to enter, track, and close all client transactions
Maintain the privacy of all client data
