Responsibilities

Write clean, efficient, reliable, secure, and maintainable software solutions following best practice and coding standards.

Apply software engineering principles to analyze, problem solve and design solutions

Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Document functional and technical specifications to illustrate the idea and knowledge sharing

Troubleshoot and effectively resolve internal/customer issues by collaborating with cross-teams

Participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotation as required.

Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve the development process.

Patriciate in team meetings, technical discussions and knowledge sharing activities

Required

2+ years of experience with JavaScript

Strong understanding of software development principles data structures, algorithms and object-oriented design

Exposure to developing software and API using common web technologies (SOAP, REST, XML, etc.)

Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Unix/Linux shell scripts, or similar

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and provide innovative solutions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members

Self-starter, with quick learning curve

Bachelor’s/master's degree in computer science or related discipline

Preferred

Working experience with cloud native technologies like microservices and containerization is plus

Familiarity with Kubernetes, Kafka, and cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus

Participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotation as required

Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve the development process
