Responsibilities

Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements

Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements

Improve and maintain reporting structure aimed at improving business performance

Work with stakeholders including Sales, Marketing and the RM Product teams to drive sourcing and channel strategies

Create PowerPoint decks illustrating key business results and other executive summaries

Highly analytical and interested in data visualization

Constantly looking to automate workloads and provide more timely, accurate, complete business analytics

Required

Requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty

3-5 years of experience in of experience in a RM, Finance, or related field

Experience with building and maintaining Excel models

Proven ability to develop and communicate key stories utilizing PowerPoint to upper management

Proactive work style with the ability to work independently with limited direction

Strong analytic skills

Able to illustrate and communicate commercial opportunities

Interest in data visualization and/or Power BI

Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally

Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Demonstrate a certain degree of creativity with analytical and problem-solving skills
