Responsibilities
Design responsive and accessible modern web applications under the guidance of project manager, business users, and technical architects.
Create prototypes, develop style sheets, and provide components for application developers.
Utilize UX/UI design principles and best practices to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
Use tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for UX mock-up and prototyping.
Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility guidelines in interface design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers.
Demonstrate proficiency in HTML, CSS, MUI, and JavaScript for UX Governance process.

Required
10+ years of experience as a Front-End Web Developer
Experience working with State/Federal clients
UX/UI Design of Web Applications
Figma and Sketch
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
MUI
Version control such as Subversion, Gitlab
Working in a project team environment, Agile Methodology
Managing multiple task priorities
Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices
Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility guidelines and experience in designing accessible interfaces
Collaboration with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers
Proficient in HTML, CSS, MUI, and JavaScript
Performing UX Governance process
