Responsibilities
Lead the process and governance activities within the unit. Identify, assess, and streamline key processes within CDC for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee performance management by identifying, developing, and maintaining meaningful metrics and KPIs to drive success.
Drive the development and execution of training plans and skills development among CDC teams.
Ensure compliance requirements are fulfilled timely and with high-quality standards.
Create and develop management-level reports and presentations on cross-functional cybersecurity topics.

Required
3+ years of professional experience working in cybersecurity or business administration positions. Previous experience from consulting is a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration).
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and technologies, and interest to grow in the field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with people.
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
