Responsibilities
Define acceptance criteria, identify risks, and plan testing coverage for upcoming features/releases.
Design, build, and maintain test artefacts in collaboration with QA leadership, producers, engineers, stakeholders, and designers.
Facilitate functional, qualitative, and performance testing efforts using manual and technical testing skills.
Execute various testing techniques across the product to analyze and report on quality.
Meet with other disciplines to understand tasks and define expectations through story points.
Build test analysis and suites to support fast-paced development.
Manually test features during development and live service verification.
Identify risks, design test plans, and conduct root cause analysis.
Playtest the product, offer design feedback, and analyze/troubleshoot reported defects.
Interact with the product in multiple environments to determine the scope and source of defects.
Work with vendor testers for volume testing in a multiplayer game environment.

Required
Experience using industry-standard engines such as Unity and UE5
A keen eye for breaking 3D worlds and competitive mechanics
A good split between functional and user testing experience
3+ years in games manual testing on PC/Mac, console, or mobile platforms
At least one shipped title
Preferred
ISTQB experience is a plus
Higher than average competitive gaming ability a plus
