Responsibilities

Maintain and control datacenter networks and related computing environments

Maintain OS software, patches and Updates. (Cisco, Juniper etc)

Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and other network and system problems.

Layout the design and implementation of new solutions and improve the resilience of the modern surroundings.

Perform disaster recovery operations and record backups when required.

Monitor connectivity and overall network performance to decide if changes want to be made.

Manage Routing, IP, QOS, VLAN, SDWAN, VPN, and mobile connectivity solutions

Carry out the configuration of routing and switching equipment.

Maintain the Runbook for Network Infrastructure

Perform scheduled Maintenance

Participate in Change Control

Work with Vendor support fore escalations

Maintain Wireless Infrastructure
