IT Procurement Analyst

Responsibilities
Purchasing activities across the infrastructure and application portfolios:
Follow standard operating procedures and sourcing strategies.
Process Purchase Orders, Route Invoices, Place Orders.
Act as liaison with Procurement, Legal, AP, and Vendors.
Track contracts, renewals, licenses, and budgets
Provide weekly status reports to management.
Contract management across the infrastructure and application portfolios:
Assist with contract portfolio for Tech Services department.
Support solicitations for goods, services, and projects.
Support presentations, evaluation matrices, and write-ups.
Assist with evaluation of new vendors, products, and services.
Work with management to address vendor performance issues.
Perform related duties as directed.

Required
10+ years of total experience along with Four (4) years’ experience in IT Procurement.
Two (2) years supporting complex projects that spread across multiple stakeholders or departments.
Two (2) years working in an enterprise technology department.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. OR High School Diploma with minimum four (4) years of experience performing the duties outlined in the Minimum Qualifications.
Preferred
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
Experience with project management in the public sector
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of enterprise software and hardware licensing.
Knowledge of technology platforms, infrastructure, and application development.
Working knowledge with core technologies: Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, Office365.
Ability to work on their own in a timely and accurate manner.
Ability to analyze data, develop statistical reports, and reconcile records.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Experience in the public sector
Knowledge identifying grant opportunities.
Basic understanding of emerging technology and concepts such as AI/ML, IoT, etc.
