Responsibilities
Identifies and develops solutions to add to INSAGIC’s advanced analytics portfolio.
Analyzes large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform experimental design and model development.
Participates in the development, validation and delivery of algorithms, statistical models and reporting tools.
Works in a team environment, interacting with multiple departments including internal and external customers.
Translates business questions and apply statistical models and analyses to answer questions in an actionable and reproducible manner.
Drives automation of reoccurring reports and model monitoring systems.
Mentors and helps train junior level team members.

Required
Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or equivalent required, with master’s degree preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in statistical analysis or data mining environments such as R, Python, or equivalent
Advanced proficiency in AI powered tools such as Data robot or equivalent
Experience building production-grade statistical or matrix-based models
Demonstrates proficiency in time series ensemble modeling, multivariate regression and classification, survival analysis, cluster analysis, design of experiments, and machine learning algorithms learning algorithms
Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Advanced proficiency in multivariate analytics, econometric modeling, Bayesian probability, and analysis of variance, with advanced knowledge of data management concepts and SQL
