Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and create presentations for management meetings.

Contribute to the development and communication of strategic vision and business strategy.

Facilitate multiple teams to find answers and promote open communication.

Resolve conflicts and gain support from internal and external stakeholders.

Utilize tools in the Microsoft Office suite for data manipulation and reporting.

Assist with documentation, record-keeping, and audits for Operations communications.

Work with damage prevention programs and maintain necessary documentation.

Assist with annual reviews, evaluations, and project forecasts.

Generate reports, review budget data, and provide project administrative support.

Maintain inventory, provide administrative support, and assist with audits and community events.

Serve as a liaison between field locations and other departments.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or related experience as determined by the company

Entry-level to 3 years’ experience in the natural gas industry

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision with attention to detail, strong time management skills, and project management skills

Experience in position requiring analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to be flexible, adapt to change, and embrace change

Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to collaborate with others while being proactive and visionary in making decisions

Ability to comprehend and assimilate complex business processes while working under a tight deadline in a fast-paced work environment

Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and electronic communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization effectively in a timely manner

Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Basic skill and experience in use of analytical software such as MS Excel and MS Access with the ability to create queries, forms, and reports

Basic ability to research and qualify effectiveness of new technology

Experience performing bookkeeping, budgeting, or general administrative tasks

Ability to read, understand, and apply directions, policies, procedures, guidelines, requirements, and regulations
