Responsibilities
Coordinate and complete large projects and/or programs at the Enterprise level.
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize project or program progress.
Prepare reports for upper management regarding project or program status.
Supervise assigned assistant project managers and project coordinators.
Develop and implement large, cross-functional projects supporting enterprise strategic objectives.
Define, monitor, execute, and control assigned projects through the project development life cycle.
Manage scope for 2-3 assigned projects, including executing successful change management processes.
Perform project coordination services as needed.
Document and complete all required project management deliverables.
Advocate for and conform to project management standards and procedures.
Facilitate the procurement of necessary hardware, software, and human resources.
Manage project costs as determined by the project charter and/or development methodology.
Work with project owners, stakeholders, and QA personnel to manage project quality.
Facilitate project communications at all levels.
Coordinate and manage staffing resources, including contracted resources.
Track, report, and resolve issues, evaluate project activities, build contingency plans, execute corrective actions, and implement risk response plans.
Perform Project Management Duties at the Program Level.
Coordinate and monitor scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
Aid in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes.
Coordinate preparation of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules, providing Program governance.
Communicate Program Scorecard and Status to key stakeholders.
Develop solutions to program problems and direct work of all projects assigned to the program.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Act as advisor to project managers regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
Perform integration management services for program issues, risks, and deliverables.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
5-7 years in a project management role
Certification in project management (PMP, PMBOK, etc.) is required
Experience with Digital platform migration and development projects
Expert knowledge of project management methodology
Expert knowledge of at least one project management scheduling tool
