Responsibilities
Manage all marketing initiatives for assigned set of apartment communities.
Provide direction for and oversight of marketing collateral, sales material, and asset creation.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners on PPC, website maintenance, social media, internet listing services, and more.
Evaluate advertising exposure and ensure proper visibility for properties.
Serve as a steward for AvalonBay’s corporate and consumer brands.
Create, monitor, manage, and analyze community marketing budgets.
Develop and manage marketing programs and campaigns to support corporate initiatives.
Lead third-party marketing partnerships and execute promotional touchpoints to residents.

Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications or business
Minimum of 5 years in a marketing role performing the duties required by this position
Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient with MS Office suite
Preferred
Marketing experience for multi-site, real-estate-based service businesses such as multifamily housing, hotels, assisted living or retail/mixed-use
