Responsibilities

Bookkeeping in QuickBooks for multiple locations - allocating transactions and managing chart of accounts
Monthly financial reconciliation in QB and producing P&Ls
Reconciling and paying monthly credit cards
Onboarding of all new hires for multiple locations. Maintaining employee files
Responsible for health benefits, renewals, invoicing, and reconciling
Bi-weekly payroll
Maintaining upkeep for training facility. Scheduling preventative maintenance for AC, cleaning crew, repairs needed, etc
Assisting with set-up for franchise events
Ability to learn the backend of CRM software
Submitting evidence for credit card disputes
Coordinating with our OSHA compliance company for required documents and visits for multiple locations
Collecting and keeping SDS sheets up to date
Assisting Clinic Directors on any requests for assistance with client concerns, refunds, scheduling, etc
Familiar with numbers and or Excel and formulas within them
Familiar with Google Drive functionality
Paying miscellaneous monthly invoices
Submitting monthly GA taxes

Required

Very detail oriented with bookkeeping and some accounting experience
Ability to take on many tasks helping in different departments of the business
Familiar with HR processes for hiring and terminating
Bookkeeping in Quickbooks for multiple locations - allocating transactions and managing chart of accounts
Monthly financial reconciliation in QB and producing P&Ls
Reconciling and paying monthly credit cards

Preferred

Minimum of 2 years of clerical/assistant work experience
Familiarity with Apple Mac products
