Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential new clients in the territory to address talent and finance challenges.
Provide solutions for new challenges to existing clients and consult with them on talent needs.
Hit performance targets by being goal-oriented, taking initiative, and remaining agile in the industry.
Authentically connect and consult with clients to drive loyalty and become their talent partner.
Leverage financial expertise and industry thought leadership to establish as clients' go-to talent partner.
Collaborate with Practice Directors, fulfillment teams, and experts to sell as a team.
Grow into an expert in the world of Finance through training, coaching, and mentoring opportunities.

Required
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Public Accounting, Industry accounting, and/or auditing experience
Knowledge: Strong business acumen in the finance/accounting, risk, and tax areas.
Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Accounting/Finance/Economics, or related field
