Responsibilities
Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Director as required
Manage the Director's schedule to include travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and appointments, and screening telephone calls
Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, minutes, etc. as instructed
Perform other administrative and secretarial functions as required by the Director
Greet and direct visitors and team members
Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
