Responsibilities

Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including planning, collaboration, design, prototyping, server software configuration, optimization, coding, testing, database design, implementation, product launch, maintenance, refactoring, and support.

Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for code quality, automation, application performance, quality assurance, monitoring, metrics, support, and documentation.

Coordinate and develop features and modules across multiple applications and subsystems, working closely with the Product team on requirement definitions, prototyping, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Develop a deep understanding of applications, their structure, and user interactions.

Provide engineering and design support to junior technical team members, assisting with system building, deployment, configuration, and support.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to define plans for standardizing, scaling, and enhancing systems and services for software deployment and release.

Model the organization’s core values and competencies, delivering high-quality services, products, and support on time and within budget.

Keep leadership informed about the status of all objectives, including any problems, concerns, and strategies for resolution.

Build and maintain trusting, ethical, and influential relationships within the organization.

Exhibit strong planning and organizational skills individually and within the business technology group.

Actively participate and contribute in corporate meetings, staying informed about market and industry trends related to emerging technologies.

Participate in special projects and handle other assigned duties as required.
