Responsibilities
Implement all aspects of application design including high performance coding, caching mechanisms, security, encryption, and error logging.
Participate in the development and implementation process, collaborating with project analysts to understand change implications to business processes.
Confirm application adherence to specifications through objective review processes and ensure optimal performance and quality of applications.
Identify and address bottlenecks, bugs, and recommend solutions, while maintaining code quality, organization, and automatization.
Conduct unit and system level testing on applications and develop data migration and integration processes to legacy systems.

Required
Five to seven (5-7) years relevant programming experience, undergraduate degree in computer science, business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in .NET/C# development (+5 years).
.NET/C# full stack developer experience (+3 years) necessary.
Utilizes established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET.
Designs, codes and tests new Windows and web software applications.
Enhances existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
Investigates and develops skills in new technologies.
Creates technical specifications and test plans.
Understanding of troubleshooting techniques.
Object-oriented design experience.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as SVN, Visual SVN, other tools for Agile SCRUM Sprint scheduling and issue tracking such as Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
Preferred
Domain driven design preferred.
