Responsibilities
Develop methods and procedures for accurate and efficient analysis.
Work with team members and stakeholders to develop data models.
Support users by creating documentation and assistance tools.
Provide input on methodologies and recommend process improvements for data integrity.
Run test scenarios to ensure functionality and performance of applications, reports, and scripts.
Conduct data extraction, aggregation, and quality assurance checks from various sources.
Assist with RMS Support by responding to inquiries.
Prepare written reports summarizing data extraction output.
Collaborate on business intelligence solutions and work on special projects.

Required
One (1) year as a Business Systems Analyst 2 or Data Analyst 2
One (1) year as a SG-23 performing data analysis or data reporting
Nine (9) Years Of Experience in extracting information from law enforcement systems such as SJS, NicheRMS, or Portal for reporting purposes
Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Criminology, Criminal Justice, Geography, Geographic Information Systems, Military Studies, Mathematics, Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Economics, and Statistics may substitute for 4 years of experience listed above
One year of supervisory experience
Development and implementation of training plans
Assisting with creation of testing plans to ensure system functionality adheres to Division policies
Quality checks from various sources to ensure integrity of data
Preferred
Previous supervisory experience
Experience with statistical modeling
Experience implementing methods of data analysis
Experience with development and implementation of testing plans
Experience presenting reports to high level executives
