Responsibilities

Collaborate with Health Services Leadership and other stakeholders for planning, managing, and implementing new AltaMed Plus sites.

Lead efforts in creating and institutionalizing expansion procedures, playbooks, and manuals to streamline future growth.

Supervise staff, focusing on onboarding, coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, organizational management, or a related field is required.

Minimum 3 years of experience required in managing complex, cross-functional projects to successful conclusion and demonstrating measurable positive results.

Experience in new health care facility planning and development required.

Preferred

Master’s degree is strongly preferred.

Prior experience in directly managing a team is strongly preferred.

Experience in healthcare process improvement and change management techniques is strongly preferred.

Six Sigma Green Belt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred.
