Responsibilities

Lead by example in assisting guests with room calls and troubleshooting concerns

Maintain a Preventative Maintenance program for guest rooms and operational equipment

Support department head's needs and guide engineers

Foster a team environment across departments

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and perform general repair and maintenance tasks

Estimate costs for refrigeration, HVAC, and machinery projects

Operate machines and tools for building maintenance
