Responsibilities

Mentor and coach individuals on agile mindset and processes.
Support teams in delivering value through agile practices.
Lead and facilitate PI planning and ART events.
Utilize modern agile management tools like JIRA, JIRA Align, and Confluence.
Ensure timely and budgeted delivery of complex software initiatives.
Implement CI/CD deployment of cloud solutions.

Required

Minimum 15+ years of overall experience, with minimum of 6+ years as RTE and coach
5+ Years of experience as a Scrum Master in developing high quality software products
Extensive experience of using modern agile management tools such as JIRA, JIRA Align and Confluence is highly desired
Experience with CI/CD deployment of cloud solutions a strong plus
Demonstrated experience delivering complex software initiatives and solutions on time and on budget
Certified Release Train Engineer(SAFe- RTE certification) is must
SAFe Scrum Master certification or equivalent certification from any international certification body
Experience running PI planning and ART events is must
Extensive experience in Rally, Jira and Jira Align, creating structures in ALM tools and related dashboards to reflect the process and current state of the ART

Preferred

Knowledge & experience on technical agility practices along with TDD, BDD, XP & automation is plus
