Responsibilities

Work with the IT team to understand the current model-driven Power App.

Develop and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.

Test and troubleshoot enhancements to ensure optimal performance.

Design and develop Power BI dashboards that provide insights for enterprise-level IT operations reviews.

Integrate data from various sources to create comprehensive and insightful dashboards.

Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and meet the needs of stakeholders.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.

Generate reports and visualizations that communicate complex data in an understandable way.

Work closely with IT team members and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

Present findings and updates to the team and management.

Stay updated with the latest features and best practices for Power Apps and Power BI.

Proactively suggest improvements to existing processes and tools.
