Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities
Coordinate, develop, and produce qualifications materials including proposals, statements of qualifications, and brochures.
Support design teams in the interview process by assisting with interview presentations and leave-behind materials.
Provide ongoing assistance with writing and developing content for resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate responses, etc.
Assist with planning and preparing for conferences and events.
Coordinate professional photography for projects and headshots.
Assist with target market research and strategic planning.
Assist with maintenance of marketing database and entry of project and personnel data.
Grow social media presence by updating social media information and developing monthly social media calendar.
Draft and create blog posts for the website.
Write and produce a monthly internal newsletter.
Participate in industry events and organizations to foster relations with industry partners.

Required
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing for A/E/C or similar industry, with additional experience preferred (salary based on experience)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or similar field, or 3-5+ years of experience working in a professional business environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Highly proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Excellent time and project management skills. Ability to identify priorities when working on multiple tasks concurrently
Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Prior proposal or grant-writing experience preferred
