Responsibilities

The Senior Financial Analyst will assist in the annual planning and forecasting process for assigned fixed and variable expenses areas

Prepare monthly variance analysis to compare actual performance against plan for same areas

Preparation of assigned monthly reports for operations management

Complexity of the tasks with the essential functions will vary based on the incumbent's level of experience

All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics preferred

5-7 years of experience

Highly proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel

Prior experience with Hyperion, PeopleSoft General Ledger, or SharePoint highly desirable

Document analysis/information and procedures in a concise manner

Communicate effectively in speech and written work

Excellent financial analytical skills and problem-solving ability
