Responsibilities

Support marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics to deliver targeted messages to customers

Lead communication plans to ensure timely project initiation and completion within budget

Collaborate with various teams to create marketing collateral and content such as white papers, presentations, case studies, and more

Develop and manage global editorial calendar, optimize sales enablement tools, and analyze material effectiveness

Build relationships with influencers, ensure global brand compliance, and monitor legal regulations

Required

5+ years’ work experience in a similar role and field (marketing, communications, marketing communications or agency) required

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Management or equivalent preferred

Experience working in a matrixed organization

Work both independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Strong project management and organizational skills

Extremely detail-oriented

High level of intensity and comfort level with change

Exceptional copy writing and editing skills

Strong computer skills required, experience with project management and budgeting software a plus

Preferred

Industry knowledge a plus

Travel up to 5%, domestic or internationally
