Responsibilities
Conduct customer visits and research to understand current and emerging customer needs and requirements.
Shape and influence requirements to help position the company to win in the market.
Identify and create business opportunities aligned with the business environment and strategy.
Lead capture teams on pursuits through Bid/No Bid decisions.
Generate and maintain Orders Forecasts for the market area.
Contribute to business strategy development and adapt to changing market dynamics.

Required
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
Familiarity with the DoD requirements process, in particular USAF & US Navy
Experience with International FMS and DCS processes
Experience working with various International cultures and customer relations
Able to understand the Electronic Warfare market
Able to translate warfighter needs into business opportunities
Preferred
Former experience in an EW role as a former customer and Business Development leader
