Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact at a strategic level for assigned portfolio of clients.
Conduct periodic strategic business reviews of client accounts.
Develop and grow relationships with clients to enable solution expansion and upsells.
Represent Kyriba and its solutions and services to clients.
Coordinate activities with other business partners at Kyriba.
Manage customer renewals strategically and in a timely manner.
Differentiate Kyriba offerings from competitors and create customer preference.
Negotiate with team members and business partners to define approaches and goals.
Work with partners for account strategies and portfolio support.
Manage internal escalations and ensure accountability from supporting teams.
Negotiate with multiple levels of customer management for successful sales.
Deliver quarterly revenues with accurate forecasting and pipeline transparency.
Build pipeline with large strategic opportunities and transactional expansions.
Create and deliver quality presentations and proposals for customer consumption.
Communicate with management to ensure accurate forecasts and risk mitigation.

Required

Bachelor’s degree required.
A minimum of 4 years of Software Sales or Business Development experience.
Experience selling into finance preferred.
Highly successful track record in prospecting.
Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and can multitask in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to learn complex Treasury concepts and incorporate into daily interactions and conversations.
Strong negotiator.
Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Strong phone, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Understand the customer’s environment and introduces new concepts to solve the customer’s problems.
Effective listener to understand prospect needs.
Ability to effectively communicate and advocate with internal stakeholders.
Ability to travel 30% of the time.

Preferred

Experience selling into finance preferred.
