Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for data analysis and reporting.
Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
Ensure Power BI visualizations and dashboards have optimal performance and are scalable to a high number of concurrent users.
70% of time will be development of BI visualizations and the underlying data layer.
Build and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and trends, providing actionable recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Identify and implement data integration and ETL processes to ensure data from multiple sources is consolidated in an efficient and effective manner.
Work closely with business teams to understand their data requirements and provide ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting for PowerBI related queries.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in BI and data visualization, bringing innovative ideas to improve data analysis processes.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a BI Analyst, specifically working with Power BI.
Proficient in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
Strong understanding of databases, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience in data integration and ETL processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
