Responsibilities
Help support the design, implementation, maintenance and operational support of LAN/WAN infrastructure consisting of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, load balancers, monitoring systems, and structured cabling.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Required
3+ years hands-on experience in the design, installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of multi-protocol networks
Must have experience working in mid to large enterprise infrastructure environments, Healthcare environment required
Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and Juniper Networks equipment and operating systems required
Experience with structured cabling
Excellent time management and organization skills, must be self-starter
Experience creating and maintaining technical drawings and documentation, and reading floor plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate activities with clinical leadership and technical teams
Experience in time keeping, meeting minutes, project coordination required
Preferred
Active certifications such as CCNA and CCNP preferred
Experience with Cisco and other major telephony platforms preferred
Perform other tasks as assigned
