Responsibilities
Conduct customer visits and perform research to understand current and emerging customer needs and requirements.
Assist in the assessment of the business environment to identify emerging/growth markets and trends.
Coordinate with Senior Business Development Managers/Directors, Engineers, and Operations to align company technologies with customer requirements.
Identify and create business opportunities aligned with the Business Area strategy.
Lead capture team pursuits through Bid/No Bid decision and business phase reviews.
Generate and maintain Orders Forecasts for the market area.
Contribute to TACAir business strategy and keep up with market dynamics.

Required
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
Familiarity with the DoD requirements process, in particular USAF & US Navy
Experience with International FMS and DCS processes
Experience working with various International cultures and customer relations
Able to understand the Electronic Warfare market
Able to translate warfighter needs into business opportunities
Preferred
Former experience in an EW role as a former customer and Business Development leader
