Responsibilities

Conduct time and motion studies to analyze manufacturing processes and establish accurate labor standards

Establish and maintain production rates for manufacturing processes

Utilize simulation software to model and simulate various manufacturing scenarios

Develop and implement work measurement systems to monitor and evaluate performance

Identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement

Analyze work methods, layouts, workflow, and material handling practices

Provide training and support on time study techniques and performance measurement tools

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to labor productivity and key performance indicators

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements

Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the industrial engineering team
