Responsibilities
Acts as an administrator of the Salesforce database, including workflows, custom fields, reports, dashboard development, and data flow management
Performs administrator functions such as user profiles, permissions, storage management, and cleanup of unused fields and objects
Engages in data conversion, implementation, and business process development with stakeholders
Cleans, validates, and imports data sets into Salesforce
Serves as the internal liaison with external Salesforce consultants/developers
Stays current with Salesforce releases, documentation, and implements new functionalities
Manages organization-wide software releases and Salesforce licenses distribution
Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as needed

Required
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in customizing Salesforce or comparable CRM customizations
Experience with building dashboards via a variety of data visualization tools
Strong communication skills, with the capability to articulate data management strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to conduct meetings with senior leadership
Strong MS Excel skills
Superior attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently under strict deadlines
Ability to be proactive and think strategically across multiple, concurrent projects
A problem-solver that is solution-oriented
Ability to prioritize a large volume of tasks
