Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of projects from inception to completion.

Manage changes to project scope, requirements, and timelines effectively.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices adoption.

Required

Experience: You have 3+ years of experience working as a project manager at a top-tier consulting firm, Fortune 500 company, or established SaaS company.

Customer Based Project Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in managing numerous consulting or SaaS based projects within customer environments.

Contracting Process Support: Proficient in contributing to the contracting process, particularly in drafting statements of work that outline project services and deliverables.

Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated technical aptitude to effectively understand system level tasks.

Leadership Style: A data-driven project management style with the ability to excel in a rapidly changing business environment.

Self-Starter: Extreme comfort as a self-starter, capable of thriving in a startup culture with minimal supervision.

Agile and Waterfall Experience: Deep exposure to both waterfall and Agile project methodologies.

Approach: Enthusiastic, sincere, and enjoyable to work with, fostering a positive work environment.

Communication Skills: Comfortable communicating to project stakeholders and leadership concisely, including external customers, and internal stakeholders.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in management information systems, business administration, or a related field is required, and an MBA is considered a plus.
