Responsibilities

Define roadmap and requirements to solve the biggest customer problems

Define an MVP experience and quickly learn and iterate based on feedback

Form hypotheses and run experiments using lean methodologies

Partner closely with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products/features critical to growth and retention

Partner closely with cross-functional teams on release plans and documentation to deliver value to customers

Proactively partner across teams to anticipate and address risks and dependencies

Communicate progress and plan to leadership, peers, etc.

Required

5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role

Deep customer empathy

Passion for identifying and solving problems with the ability to conduct effective customer interviews

Capable of breaking down a big vision into small deliverables

Ruthless prioritization of the backlog

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to pursue opportunities beyond current constraints

Exceptional collaboration skills working with PMs, engineers, designers, marketers, and customer success teams

Growth mindset with a desire for continuous improvement

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset

Experience in the Risk & Compliance space a plus
