Responsibilities
Responsible for strategies to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructional courses, assessments, job aids, and other learning deliverables for all areas.
Responsible for creating deliverables for all phases of the course creation lifecycle including analysis documents, design documents, storyboards, and final learning deliverables that align to the overall business goals.
Ability to utilize design tools in order to create interactive training.
Define and document learning objectives.
Conduct research and collaborate with subject experts.
Create instructional material: courses, curriculum, student guides or training manuals.
Design content to optimize learning.
Generate the layout of the learning supports.
Redesign content to ensure it matches the learner’s needs.
Create visual, audio, and interactive learning tools.

Required
At least 5 years of experience using learning experience platforms (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
Experience conducting learning needs analysis
Experience leading project teams and providing individual level support
Knowledge of Learning Experience Platforms
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
