Responsibilities
Bridge the gap between business goals and customer problems.
Collect quantitative product data and metrics through market research.
Synthesize customer research to achieve the product vision.
Collaborate closely with sales team, designers, engineers, analysts, QA, and other cross-functional team members within the organization to gather and document business and product requirements, define product acceptance testing criteria, work towards the product development lifecycle, ensure timely delivery, drive and implement product changes, develop new product features, think as an end user, translate complicated product ideas into simple wireframes and flows, understand the software development lifecycle and limitations & dependencies, have a good understanding of databases and data structure, use basic excel skills for data analysis.

Required
Must have 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, or product manager role in US Healthcare setting.
Product manager (with domain knowledge, and data-testing strengths)
Strong understanding of product management principles and frameworks.
Capable to meet the pace of rapidly growing company size and business targets through prioritization and radical thinking.
Being Number Driven, Clear/Aware about why things are being done.
Ability to get hands dirty and do whatever is necessary to ensure success.
Ability to clearly articulate the solutions and get there in the most efficient way.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaborative attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
Ability to identify and define problems clearly. Think laterally to generate creative ideas to solve complex problems.

Preferred
Additional prior experience as a software developer, data engineer, or analyst will be a plus.
