Responsibilities

Driving implementation of projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of phone servicing teams and IVR capabilities.

Partnering with various teams within American Express to address key business opportunities.

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with process partners.

Enabling tactical delivery of strategic themes to streamline processes.

Coordinating multiple high-complexity initiatives across multiple sites.
