Responsibilities
Help identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
Work closely with business units to understand customer's business strategy and processes.
Serve as a liaison between the business community and technical team.
Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, and project summaries.
Implement project management plans and hold stakeholder meetings.
Determine and document user requirements for business processes.
Review and analyze information, forecasts, and procedures.
Provide expertise in Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, and Knowledge Management.

Required
Full lifecycle development using Waterfall, Agile
Must understand client business needs, gathering user stories and requirements and the understanding of testing phases
Must demonstrate knowledge with the functionality of applications and current computer technology
US Citizenship required
Preferred
Knowledge of working with federal clients
Familiarity with SQL, and XML, environment a plus.
Familiarity with web and reporting technology is also a plus.
