Responsibilities
Manage projects within the Dust Wipe Unit and escalate issues to Senior Management when necessary.
Oversee dust wipe inspections in residents' apartments to ensure compliance with regulations.
Handle administrative tasks related to staff management, including productivity reviews and staff development.
Plan and schedule office and Dust Wipe Technicians assignments.
Conduct field visits to monitor dust wipe inspections activity and analyze data trends.
Resolve inquiries from property management office and vendors regarding dust wipe inspections.
Review and approve payment for vendors' invoices.
Document, maintain, and enforce policies, procedures, systems, and applications to meet compliance requirements.
Monitor project progress and report risk areas to Assistant Director.
Perform other tasks to support and improve overall operations of Inspection units.

Required
Six years of full-time experience performing one or a combination of the following, one year of which must have been in a supervisory capacity
At least one year of supervisory experience described in '1' above
License Requirement: A motor vehicle driver license valid in the State of New York. This license must be maintained for the duration of employment
Preferred
Understanding of housing inspections and HUD housing quality standards
Excellent organizational, management, interpersonal and communication skills
Proven experience managing large teams of staff
Advanced computer skills including competency in Excel. Knowledge of Siebel or comparable system is a plus
Excellent writing and editing skills
Ability to perform work under time-sensitive deadlines
