Responsibilities
UX/UI Design: Design responsive and accessible web applications based on project requirements and user needs.
Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to communicate design concepts effectively.
Accessibility: Ensure designs comply with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility guidelines, with experience in designing accessible interfaces.
Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Front-End Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, MUI, and JavaScript to implement designs and collaborate closely with developers.
UX Governance: Perform UX governance processes to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts, rationale, and gather feedback.
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with agile development processes, adapting to changing project requirements, and participating in agile ceremonies.
Usability Testing: Conduct heuristic evaluations and expert reviews to identify usability issues and propose solutions.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to creatively address user needs and pain points through design solutions.

Required
UX/UI Design Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design of web applications
Design Tools: Proficiency (5 years) in Figma and Sketch for creating mockups and prototypes
Front-End Development: Strong skills (5 years) in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
MUI: Experience (3 years) with MUI (Material-UI) for UI component development
Version Control: Experience (3 years) with version control systems such as Subversion or GitLab
Agile Methodology: Experience (3 years) working in a project team environment following Agile methodologies
Preferred
Task Management: Experience (3 years) managing multiple task priorities
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively (3 years), both verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff
