Responsibilities

Driving implementation of projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of phone servicing teams and IVR capabilities.

Partnering with various teams to develop collaborative approaches and address key business opportunities.

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with process partners.

Enabling delivery of strategic themes to enhance processes.

Coordinating multiple high-complexity initiatives across sites.
